How to Customize Your Own Cherry Blossom Wedding Invitation

Many couples like to adorn their wedding invitations with flowers’ colors. One of the most preferred flower themes is Cherry blossoms that come in colors of pink and white. To create Cherry blossom wedding invitations at home is easy to do. All you need is a little creativity and some items to create the invitation. To do this project, you need to prepare these things with you: Computer, printer, word processing or graphic design software, scanner (optional), heavy card stock (a4 size), cherry blossom image, ribbon, half yard per invitation, glue (optional), water colors or colored pencils (optional) and matching envelopes.

Designing the Invitations

·      Find an image of a cherry blossom and save it to your computer.
·      Design the layout and text of your invitation using word processing or graphic design software.
·      Go the File menu of the program, select the "Page Setup" and choose your paper size.

Finishing the Invitations

·       Use watercolors or colored pencils to decorate the cherry blossoms if you think necessary.
·       Use the ribbon to decorate the invitation. Tie the ribbon in a bow and adhere it to the invitation. Attach the bow at the top, or wrap it around the invitation and tie the bow in the center.

·       Prepare the addressed envelopes, put the invitations in, and your Cherry blossom wedding invitations are ready for delivery.
